The Challenge
Six residential towers had to be topped out within a single construction season, while the developer demanded an exposed fair-faced concrete finish that would eliminate internal plastering entirely.
Our Approach
What We Supplied
We supplied a full 6061-T6 aluminium formwork package with BIM-verified panel layouts for every floor plate. Wall, slab, beam and stair components were pre-assembled and numbered in our factory, so the site crew only had to pin them together. Two of our engineers stayed on site for the first three cycles to train the labour team.
Outcome
Results on Site
- 4-day floor cycle achieved from cycle 3 onward
- Plastering removed from the programme — 22 days saved per tower
- Panel reuse reached 168 cycles with no measurable deflection
- Zero safety incidents across the 14-month programme
