Product Description

This extruded aluminum formwork is specially designed for 90° external corners of exterior walls, featuring a standard 65mm×65mm cross-section with unified groove dimensions. Available in four lengths (2500mm, 1850mm, 500mm and 150mm), the components can be freely combined to suit external corner applications including floor height sections, door & window openings, structural columns and bay windows on construction projects.

Long-length variants EC2500 and EC1850 serve as primary full-height formwork for main wall external corners, while short sizes EC500 and EC150 are applied to window sills, lintels and irregular partial corner infill.

Construction Advantages

1. Manufactured via integrated one-piece aluminum extrusion with folded corner design; cast concrete corners are neat and right-angled free from honeycombing, slurry leakage or form bulging.
2. Pre-drilled standard holes match the pins used for matching wall panel system, requiring no on-site secondary cutting and drastically reducing carpentry assembly time.
3. Made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with excellent ductility, resistant to deformation and collision during repeated stripping and installation. It achieves over 150 construction cycles to lower amortized procurement cost over long-term usage.
