Application

Matched with aluminum wall formwork, the tie rod penetrates formwork on both sides and fastens panels tightly to counteract lateral concrete expansion force during pouring. It effectively prevents form bulging, panel swelling and dimensional deviation of walls, serving as an essential fastening accessory for aluminium formwork walls. Used together with nuts, washers and plastic sleeves, the tie rod can be pulled out and recycled after form stripping.

Material

Standard Q235 carbon steel with hot-dipped galvanized anti-rust coating, compatible with full 6061-T6 aluminium formwork system.
